Step by Step Guide to Business Success
Business success comes from thinking through the process well, most people either buy or develop some form of product or service and then try and sell it to others often without success, today I want to share each of the major steps with you.

There are a number of different activities required to run a successful business, to achieve Success in your business you need to achieve each of the following:A clear understanding of what you are offering, this needs to be a full product specification including costs, time required, materials required, profit margin required.
How much you need to earn to cover all your costs both from a business and personal point of view. In what timeframe and what is your plan for growth.
How many hours per week are available and how many of them will be allocated to Preparation, development of each venture you are involved in.
How many clients you need each month subscribing to which products to achieve the requirements defined above.
How will clients be able to sign up to your program/product?
Does your marketing material spell out what is on offer,
- A clear definition of what they will receive for their investment,
- What your program is worth to them,
- What the likely outcome of investing in your program will be,
- How much it will cost,
- What will happen when they sign up and what they will walk away with at the end of the program?
A complete marketing plan which includes who your target market is, where you can find them, what message will you be using to attract them to your sales page and what marketing methods you are and will be using to attract them.
A Brand strategy which ensures you/your business is found where ever people look e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Your own Blog, LinkedIn, Pinterest. The aim is to be recognised as the expert in your field.
You may already have some or all of this information today, if not then you need to identify what you already have and what is missing and plan your available time to ensure each of these items is available as quickly as possible.

Most people are driven by income, I recommend you change your mindset so you are driven by the number of people you help achieve what ever they want to achieve. To do this you need to know what each client/customer is worth to you, then work out how many of them you need to help you achieve your own goals.
With your own goals again I suggest you look at what the money will do for you and yours, rather than just say I want £xx per month why not say I want to cover my rent/mortgage, heating, food, clothes etc. In time you can start looking at holidays, new cars, furniture, homes etc. Set realistic, achievable goals.

This document is the foundation of each business activity you take on, you need to be sure your stall is clearly laid out, think about your business like a shop, when a shop gets it right people look in through the window and instantly recognise what you have on offer. They are then in a position to decide first if they want to buy from you and then what exactly is it they are going to buy.
